When you’re ready, register your company as an IMPACT 2014 sponsor or exhibitor. All complete registrations are subject to approval and will remain in a pending status until approved by Schwab.
IMPACT is an annual conference held for independent registered investment advisor (RIA) clients of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. It is considered the premier benchmark event for the RIA industry, with world-class keynote speakers, education sessions, networking opportunities, and industry exhibits. IMPACT is held in a different city each year, alternating between eastern and western locations.
Registered investment advisors attend this conference to network with peers and be inspired by industry leaders and experts. They learn new concepts and techniques to help manage and grow their businesses by attending their choice of more than 65 educational sessions, listening to keynote speakers and talking with exhibitors and peers in The Exchange. Session topics include practice management strategies, compliance and regulatory issues, investment strategies, financial planning tools, and technology solutions. The Exchange serves as the conference hub, hosting exhibitors, receptions, and conference services.
Attending advisory firms vary in size from sole practitioners to organizations of 25–35 employees. Assets under management range from less than $25 million to more than $5 billion per firm.
Attending RIAs report that they generally serve affluent clients with $500,000 to $5 million in investable assets.

The Exchange is open at all times with the exception of General Session.
A full-conference or day-pass allows exhibitors to attend educational sessions, meals, and social events. Advisors and third-party administrators will be given priority seating in the education sessions.
All private events held during IMPACT must end 15 minutes prior to—or commence no earlier than 15 minutes after—the scheduled IMPACT activity. No function may be held on the premises of Colorado Convention Center at any time without Schwab approval.
Additional representatives can register at the standard conference rate of $1,150. Early-bird rates of $999 will apply from June–August 2014 (cut off dates to be made available).
Please refer to Sponsor & Exhibitor Packages to view the number of registrations your package allows. Schwab reserves the right to limit the number of attendees of an exhibiting company.
Approved companies may begin registering attendees in June 2014 via the Sponsor & Exhibtor Resource Center. Attendees must be affiliated with an approved sponsoring or exhibiting company to attend.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate exhibitor guests for social events that are not arranged in advance or included in your company’s registration allotment.
Booth numbers will be assigned in August and will be available for viewing via the Sponsor & Exhibitor Resource Center.
The use of Charles Schwab in marketing collateral is prohibited. Exhibitors who wish to reference IMPACT must have their direct mail piece approved by IMPACT prior to production and mailing. Forward your direct mail piece or your request for a high-resolution IMPACT logo. Please allow 5–8 business days for approval.
Approved exhibitors may access the exhibitor kit via the Sponsor & Exhibitor Resource Center.
The registered pre-attendee list will be made available on or around October 3, 2014 via the Sponsor & Exhibitor Resource Center.
Booths must be "show-ready" by 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4, 2014. If your booth is not set up by this time, the contracted show decorator will set it up and additional expenses will be incurred by your firm. Booths may not be set up on Wednesday, November 5, 2014.
