The information in this section is designed to assist you in preparing to exhibit at IMPACT® 2009.

Key Deadlines:
May 5- June 15: Early Bird Registration ($875)
June 16-September 12: Standard Registration ($1,000)
June 30: Exhibitor Print Deadline
Company description and executive appearance information are due. Information received after this may appear in the addendum to the on-site program guide.
July 15: Exhibit Booth 50% Cancellation Fee
A $250 refund will be charged for booths cancellations made up until July 15, 2009. On July 16–August 13, exhibitors will be entitled to a refund of one-half of all fees paid by exhibitor as of the date of cancellation. The exhibitor will not be entitled to any refund for cancellation notices received on or after August 14, 2009.

Early August: Exhibitor Booth Numbers Assigned
August 20: Hotel Reservation Deadline
Conference room rates and availability are not guaranteed after this date.
August 28: Booth Package and Additional Display Components
Deadline for exhibitors to order booth packages, additional display components, furniture and electrical services.
September 4: Advanced Shipment Deadline
Exhibitors should ensure that all crates and packages will arrive at the advanced shipping warehouse by this date.
September 11: Onsite Shipment Deadline
Exhibitors must ensure that all crates and packages are scheduled to arrive at the San Diego Convention Center starting on this date.

Promotional Guidelines:By submitting your Exhibitor Agreement, you agree that your firm will adhere to the IMPACT® 2009 Exhibitor Rules and Regulations. For your convenience, we have summarized a few key promotional guidelines here: "IMPACT® 2009" is a registered trademark of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. If you wish to use the conference name in any of your materials, such as direct mail to the attendee list, you must first obtain prior written approval from IMPACT 2009. You may email your submissions to Leslie Tom. Please allow 10 business days for any decisions regarding approval. Please see parts 9.c and 9.i of the IMPACT 2009 Exhibitor Rules and Regulations for more specific information.
